Before you start you'll have to be able to see hidden files. Open any folder, go to View in the Menu bar, then go to Folder Options and switch to the view tab. Finally, check the box that's labelled "Show All Files".
Now look in C:\Windows\Web and you will see lots of hidden files, including wvleft.gif and wvline.gif. Rename these / back them up and keep them in the same folder.

Once you have done this, you can download the following images and save them into the same directory.

This is my first attempt at this so please be easy on me. If you can do better then this, don't hesitate to drop me a line and I will post them here.

Click on the two images above. When the images appear, right click on your mouse and choose "Save Picture As.." and then save the images into C:\Windows\Web. It's as easy as that!
